Workshop

During this session participants will have a deeper understanding of life balance and the importance of finding balance in your life. We will be reviewing ways this can be achieved within the 4 areas of yourself: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Participants will use and learn about the gem stones related to our Mother Earth and creating a mala as a reminder to ensure balance within ourself.

In this workshop we will be looking at the necessary skills needed for your personal safety whether at home, work or out in the community.
Topics will include learning to increase our situational awareness, the importance of intuition, de-fusing and de-escalation strategies, the fight/flight/freeze response and physical self-defense, tools, targets and tactics.
