My name is Matthew Rutledge .I'm the Cultural Resource Coordinalor at the PSFC. I have been working with urban Indigenous Communities for over the 15yrs .I was born in Red Lake ,ONT and I'm Ojibwe Man. My father was from Lac Seul First Nation and my Mother was from Little Grand Rapids .I'm a 60s Scoop Survivor .I'm Traditional Dancer ,living an abstinence based lifestyle.
